About Me

Hi there, my name is Alexander Dale, but I prefer to go by Sasha. I am a graduate of National Holistic Institute's 900-hour core program, dedicated to introducing students to a variety of Eastern and Western massage modalities and techniques. I love helping people and view massage therapy as one of the best ways to help a person regain control of their body. 

In addition to the various techniques under my belt, I plan on completing NHI's 450-hour Neuromuscular Therapy Program in Emeryville, which will allow me to provide even better care for my clients.
